Do you think Casey Anthony deserves the limited imunity

After all the recent updates with the air samples and DNA do you think she should be offered the limited immunity?

I do not think they should offer her any type of imunity. I also think the bounty hunter is right for sending her back to jail, i just don't understand why he is waiting until Saturday. He said she has a meeting with her atty today, i am sure she could meet with him in jail. Why give her another night at home.

I could not make a decision unless I knew how her daughter died.If it was a case of leaving her in the car and was an act of child endangering, because shes still so young and immature, I would just give her 3 - 5 years in jail to grow up a little.Reguardless ,shes ruined any kind of life she could possibly have in the future so what difference does it make.
But if she murdered her daughter I would have to say an asyslium (sp?) with LOTS of psychological help!

regardless how that sweet angel died--the "mother" has lied and covered it up for MONTHS!

While I agree that Casey has some serious psych issues, and probably does need some help--she also has to be held responsible for her actions (or like of action). And Casey's own mother should be charged as an accomplice. She has aided Casey in the cover-up.

So, NO, I don't think anyone that knows anything about what happened to that baby deserves immunity.

Three people who were already familiar with the smell have said that they smelled decomposition in the car, plus two cadaver dogs have alerted the trunk. Tests of the foul air in the trunk conducted by the University of Tennessee say that a human body was in the process of decomposition in the trunk.

And now, new FBI DNA results say the hair samples recovered from Casey Anthony's trunk show signs of decomposition.

FBI DNA Results: Caylee Likely Dead - Orlando News Story - WKMG Orlando

The posts from others readers are interesting - especially the one by Kathie (Post #15). Is Cindy Anthony really accusing the car impound lot of placing a body in the trunk? And claiming she never said the car smelled like a body or was receiving threats? She's on tape saying both things - audio and video. On her taped 911 call, she definitely said “There is something wrong…I found my daughter’s car today, it smells like there’s been a dead body in the damn car”. I remember she changed her story and claimed that it was rotting pizza instead and that she never smelled a body. And now she's claiming she never said that it was a dead body smell? I know she said that she was receiving threats - I saw her saying it on TV. And now she claims that she never said that either? It's beginning to look as if Casey inherited her mental problems from her mother. Both of them have lied over and over and when caught, just move on to their next lie without missing a beat!

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!

I still don't think that she killed her deliberately...maybe I just can't stomach that thought. I do think it was accidental and she panicked. But...even so...She needs to fess up NOW. That child deserves a proper buriel. I know that people still think she is alive...I really don't with all of the evidence that has been found. I would like to believe that she is...but...

She's had plenty of time to tell where she put the body and how the sweet angel died. Time to get tough. We're all tired of the lies and the games.

With all the evidence that she is now an angel in Heaven her mom does not deserve any favors. She's needs to be responsible no matter what happened. If there was a strong likelihood that she was still alive I would be more lienent (sp) with Casey but it doesn't look like she it.

NO NO NO NO
ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I thoroughly agree with marilynk on this issue.
These two worthless females have been such liars and been so deseptive in this whole thing that they BOTH deserve punishment.
Casey should serve the rest of her natural life in solitary confinement and her mother should spend at lease 50 years behind bars.

I was leaning that way too until I read that witnesses reported seeing bruising on Caylee right before she disappeared. I'm sure that if the body is ever found, Casey will say it was an accident but I'm not so sure. Where did the child get all those bruises?

Casey's done more than just panic, she's has been having a fine time since her daughter's death - laughing, singing, partying and even her friends say she showed no grief or worry. I know that if one of my children died, I couldn't just stuff their body in a trunk and carry on happily. I'd rather go to prison or the electric chair than treat my baby that way. Even if it were my fault and I was in trouble, I'd be such a basket case that I could never act the way Casey has. I don't think I'd care what they did to me - I'd never be able to forgive myself anyway.

I agree, she's been living the high life since all this.

No, she should rot in prison but not sure if that's going to happen. As for her behavior, she's a pathological liar who has a very warped sense of being/thinking. I'm sure she has convinced herself that it was just an accident and didn't mean any harm to her daughter. Carry on as normal.

I just wonder what the police are waiting for? Isn't what they found so far not enough evidence to arrest her? I would think that if you or I were found to have had a decomposing body in our trunk and our child was missing, we would have been charged for the "murder" right away? Do you think that because her father was a police officer they are going easy on them? This whole story just continues to boggle my mind. I didn't know that Caylee had bruising on her...maybe the mother was hurting her or allowing someone else like some boyfriend hurt her. Blah...just makes me sick. ~Lisa
