Noggin happened to be on when we turned the TV back on at 9 pm.

SAbrina the Teenage witch was on.

Didn't change it yet.. grabbed the laundry and a commercial for Degrassi came on, now I DO NOT know anything of the show, but it was a lot of young teenagers and talking about sex, loosing virginity and 2 girls in a bathroom stall the drop a purple Vibrator.


WOW I had no idea this was something on young teen shows!!!

Maybe the old age of 35 has me thinking that this is completely out of the ball park

Anyone watch this? What age are the kids it is geared for?

Not sure the age its geared for, but i would think maybe around 17 years old or so. My 9 yr old flipped it on one day and i quickly turned it off on her and told her that it was an inappropriate show for her age and she never turned it back on again. I really wish that even these teen shows would keep the sexual stuff off of it. I used to love boston legal, but i got real tired of seeing how the show was headed with all the sex stuff on it, that i never watched another episode.

I've watched it since the parents <Snake and Spike> was going to Degrassi themselves that's the topics they show, lesbian relationships <no sex>, gay, school violence, violence in relationships, anorexia, cutting, drugs ect. It's been on tv since the 80's.

My 14 yr old dd doesn't watch it but I do. I grew up with Degrassi Junior High so it's kinds cool to be able to see how the adults that were kids in the show back when I was in school are handling things now.

i use to watch it when i was in middle school. My daughter use to watch it when she was in middle school. It sure has changed...lol. However i think it does tackle the things most teenagers go thru.
