So, do you ever feel like you are the last one to post on a thread, and no one else responds? I feel this way quite often!

I'm going to bump this up just so you definitely will NOT be the thread killer here.

I've never really noticed if I "killed" a thread or not, but I wouldn't take it personally and neither should you.

Maybe everyone feels so enlightened and complete after your posts that there is nothing left to say! I'm sure that even though you might feel that you killed the thread, there are still readers learning from your words. Thankfully people who feel this way don't stop posting or we'd be without a board!

Cuthie, yours was such a great point, that it would have been nice to end it there!

However, I had to post to underscore my support of your post...

So at least now you're not last. However, if you had been, it would have been because of your enlightening post.

I have sometimes been thrilled that my post was last - particular if it was on a heated topic - since it made me (temporarily) think, "Oh - my point was so great that everyone is left speechless" - only to find out that the thread was closed after me because it reached 50...

I am a habitual thread killer. My three strikes were up years ago...I have come to sooth my ego, by just knowing (thinking, hoping) a majority of very ones computers post my comments in a clear font color.

I notice that a lot LOL I just thought it was because I am so good at having the last word. No really sometimes I think my post is the "kiss of death" for a thread. I have even started some threads I thought would be good fun but alas....sigh.

I confess I have done this also; especially when I was talking about being scammed and I found out my posts were coming up during Google searches. And...also when the alleged scammers friend emailed me saying that they were reading my posts. Unfortunately for him, most of my posts are boring. And, because I don't want to give away the details of what is happening, I don't post here anymore regarding my investment 'drama'. Things are moving slowly but yet still going well. We had some great breakthroughs recently, wish I could share.
