My husband is like an old Volkswagen bus chugging up the hill. Everything has to be off and it's totally focused on that one thing.

I am like a sleek sports car going very fast with a big stereo, everything plugged in and going at once and talking to the people in the next five cars.

My DH is like - A kid in the candy store with $5.00 in his pocket.

I'm like - the girl who comes into the store at the same time each week and orders the same candy, and knows the exact amount she'll need, and has that ready, to the penny.

We are two very laid back people who just keep plugging along without stopping, but not in much of a hurry either. Not procrastinators but really easygoing (to the point of being boring to most people!).

Not cars but you get the idea.

My dh is the one who could make up a cute, creative analogy (if he was in my place right now).

Me, I am the one who is braindead most of the time (and can't think of analogies!)

I am like huge library but a few books are about theatre, some are about history, some are about nature, some are about cooking, some are about comedy, some are about photography, some are about movies, some are about music, some are about animals, some are about scrap booking, some are about quakerism, some are about faith, some are about...well you get the idea

My DH is like a huge library but all the books are about Science Fiction, computers, music and football...but he has a libray card to my libray and visits often
