phone conversations

wow! i love talking on the phone lol.

do any of you guys talk on the phone a lot like i do?

i was talking to this guy last night about him and his girlfriend; he said that he was really shy and they just had a new neighbor move in whose just the opposite of him.

he said the guy was aggressive yet friendly and the guy openly flirted with the quiet one's girlfriend! hmph!

me personally i wouldnt have stood for it, but to each his own i suppose. but the greatest thing about talking to this guy on the phone and trying to give him advice was that i was paid $15 just for basically listening to him!

isnt that just the coolest thing??

LOL Lynne

blackjuice, I hate yakking on the phone, but I like money. (LOL) Can you give a little more detail? How long do you have to talk to these people to make $15? Just curious.

i set my price at $1.71 per minute and of that, i get $1 a minute, so i was on the phone listening to him talking for 15 minutes.

you set the price you want to charge per minute, and you can notify the site when you want to take calls and when you dont.

the calls dont come directly to you; the people call the site and the site routes the calls to you, that way people dont have your phone number.

I know the guys that started a site like that. Pretty cool idea.

Pay per Call Home Based Business - PremiumTalk

You can basically set your price per minute and add a call me button to any website. The caller never knows your phone number nor do you know theirs. You could start a prayer line, psychic hotline, algebra tutor...whatever and give advice for a fee. You set the hours that you will receive phone calls. Also cool if you have a business.

I think it's very sad that people pay to talk to a stranger. What's this world coming to?

I don't think it's that bad. Especially for legal advice, techy computer stuff or whatnot. Sometimes it's nice to get an outside opinion.

During our fraud drama, I talked with all kinds of strangers about how to handle it and what to do next. (I even got great advice from this board!) I gleaned so much excellent advice! I would have surely paid for some of the help I had received. Now, I'm paying it forward and helping other victims in the same position as us.

Anyhow, this premium talk thing sounds like a good opportunity.

Blackjuice - how do you advertise? Do you need a website to add the "call me" button? Was there any startup fee?

I would definitely be interested in this. I do this during my job normally, so why couldn't I do it PT on my own.
