does anyone use a magic jack? they say its only $19.95 a year and you can call all over the world for free on it but i dont know im not sure about this; it sounds tood good to be true! does anyone use it?

A friend of mine tried this and NEVER got it to work and customer support was no help.....when they finally answered.

I have one. It works good if you don't use your home phone alot. Sometimes it will cut out during a call but not always. It works fine for what we use it for.
