Run's house ? Did they adopt the baby girl ?

Quick question about the tv show "Runs house". I remember the mom had a stillbirth of a baby dd. Now I see they have a baby girl ? Where did she come from ? Is she adopted ?

I am pretty sure they adopted her. After she lost the other baby they went to an adoption agency. And they now have Miley Justice Simmons. She is adorable.
