Er +spoiler+

Did anyone watch ER tonight? Did anyone cry? I didn't know who was going to be killed off. It was really sad. My 17 yr old DS was in the room with me and there was no way I was going to get all teary-eyed in front of him!! I could cry in front of him with no problem but not over a tv show-I'd never hear the end of it! lol ER has been a pretty consistently good show.

I'm planning on crying my way through the whole season since it's the last one. And yes I cried yesterday.

I cried when they were wheeling him through the corridor to take him up to harvest his organs and all the ER personnel stopped and watched him go by. So sad! And then I fell asleep as usual and missed the last ten minutes. I'll have to finish watching it online today.

I thought Luka was leaving - I didn't know Pratt was. I cried, too - especially when they showed Frank's emotions. That was so sad. I kept thinking he was going to come back - I didn't realize he was really going to die.

It sounds like Abby is leaving, too. I don't get why they wouldn't stay for the final season.

That was a really good episode. I was sad that he died; he was one of my favorites. You don't often see Frank react like that.

I don't think there is anything wrong with showing empathy and emotion. I think its a good thing to show kids. I think if you can't show emotions in front of your kids, that is sending the wrong message, like to keep your emotions inside and not show them......IMO.

It's good to get feelings out, even if you are blubbering over a TV show. Which, by the way, I was.....sitting there crying like a baby. My kids are used to it.... Hell I even cry over Extreme Makeover Home!

Even though i knew pratt was the one to die i felt the worst when pratt was crying and blood was pouring out of his mouth. When they asked pratt if he knew what was going on and pratt nodded it hit me. He knew he was dying. Even though i didn't care for pratts character i still felt very sad. Abby i think is staying for the rest of the season, because if you remember when someone asked her about moving and she then said she wasn't sure she wanted to leave this place.

True, I saw that, too. However, on the previews for next week it said "A doctor says goodbye" and she said, "I'll miss you all"...which leads me to believe she's leaving...

It was such a good show, I had tears too.

It was hard to watch Frank, he is an awesome character.

And I heard that the guy with no legs (can't remember his name for the life of me right now!) will be back this season too. Richie? Ronnie? HELP what was it!

Yes, I know that toonces. I would have cried if I really needed to. If they kill off Dr. House (Hugh Laurie) there'll be no stopping me! lol

Yes, the way they all stopped and looked silently made me think of 9/11 when they all stopped if someone was pulled from the rubble.
It was a very well done episode.

Yeah, I heard Ray comes walking in on prosthetics. I also heard George Clooney is coming back for an appearance and Carter has signed on for 4 episodes.

I don't want this to be the final season!

Clooney was interviewed by Extra and said he hasn't been asked to return for the final season.

I'm not a crier, especially not over tv shows, but this episode got me a little choked up.

I don't want it to be the last season either. ER's always been one of my favorite shows.

I cried, and my kids made fun of me. Oh well...I told them I wanted "alone time" to watch it and they insisted on hanging with me, so that's what they get

I know that Mark Green is coming back too...I'm guessing in some new flashbacks or something? And Carter will be back as well, I believe. The show has sure been through lots of people, and while some of the story lines were getting old, or repetitive, it will be hard to see it go.

The kids probably wanted to watch so they could get a good laugh!!!

I heard that he was coming back but that they had to figure it out since his character died. That would make sense through flashbacks - I was thinking a ghost or something and thought it sounded stupid!

I've tried to "break up" with ER many times yet I keep coming back. It's a running joke with my sister. She asks me if I wind up "drunk dialing" ER on Thursday nights and more often than not the answer is yes.

I finally broke down and decided to take ER back for its last season. The good times have outweighed the bad times overall and it's only one more season.

I bawled last night. Frank and Archie broke my heart. I KNOW I'm being emotionally manipulated but sometimes it feels good to just have a good cry.

I'd LOVE to see George Clooney come back with Nurse Hathaway and their twins.

I will be excited to see Dr. Green, even in a flashback! I cried my eyes out when he "died"!
I haven't been keeping up with the show these last few years but I will watch this year for sure!
Would love to see Carter and Ray back too, never was much of a Dr. Ross fan but that would be cool.

I cried last night , even though I wasn't much of a Dr. Pratt fan, the trip down the hall/upstairs was a killer...seeing all the characters that have been on the show forever ( Malik is looking buff...)
The ring thing killed me

I will miss the show, but I will watch it forever in syndication!

I don't know how I will bug my hubby anymore if I am not constantly pointing out "He/She was on ER" ...lol
