Jury finds O.J. Simpson guilty on all charges

Also do you all think the verdict was right in the first trial?

I am thrilled that they found him guilty, and I sure hope they do indeed serve "OJ" in prison. As far as I am concerned he should already be sitting in a jail cell. He may have gotten away with murder during the his first trial, but it looks like this jury got it right this time!

I feel the wrong verdict was given at the first trial. This trial seems that they got it right. Way to go jury!

I really glad they finally found him guilty this time. Only problem is, he won't be serving nearly as much time as he should have been serving. He should be in prision right now with NO chance for parole.
I wish they'd lock him in solitary and throw away the key.

It's about time!
Yes, I do believe he was guilty the first time.
He has hurt more people than he will ever know, including my DS.
DS said that it hurt him because OJ had been a great hero to him when he played football and it was a big let down to have one of his heros do such a horrible thing.

If the jury had gotten it right the first time, he wouldnt have had a second chance to screw up. Glad this jury knew what to do.

He was a very lucky man. He had 13 years of freedom that he should never have had. I feel so sorry for his children.

I don't know if this sounds silly, but I allways wanted to see the bank accounts of the jury members before and after the first trial. I mean something just stinks about the first trial deep in my heart I just know somehow they had to have been bought off. I know they could not have been watching the same trial I did to come up with a not guilty verdict. something just smells real funny about the first trial.

I do believe he was guilty the first time and was very disappointed he "got away" with it. Although, really, he won't. In the end he will have to answer to God.
I watched the video where they read the guilty verdicts and his facial expression didn't really change. It even looked like he shook his head (up & down for a "yes") a few times.
I pray for his poor children and the horror they've had to endure between losing their mother and everything they've been through with their father.

Unfortunately I think there are. Remember all the cheers when he was found not guilty at his murder trial?

I think its a very sad thing....but there are many people out there that think he did not murder Nicole and Ron Goldman. I have not one single doubt about his guilt. He did it, and until now......he got away with it!

THis verdict came 13 years too late for his late wife and Ron Goldman, but as least he will be locked up for 15 years and have to serve those 15 years before he will be able to ask for parole. I always knew he committed those murders years ago and while he thought God forgot and that he OJ got away with it, God does not forget and his judgement day as come. Catherine

I think I heard on the news a little while ago that 5 people on THIS jury (2008 trial) 'weren't certain' if OJ was guilty in the murder trial in 1995 (isn't that the date?). I may have that backwards--maybe they said 5 people on THIS jury were certain, etc. I caught the tail end of it. So, apparently the entire jury in the 2008 trial didn't think he was guilty of murder the first time around but thought he was guilty this time. Strange. I am certain though that would have been a question proposed to prospective jurors before seating them, however (Do you think OJ killed Nicole and Ron? question.). Obviously the prosecution would not have let them get away with all 13 believing he was innocent of murder or 'undecided'.

Not only did he get away with murder. Some how he was able to keep all his assets and not pay the Goldmans for the wrongful death suite. I wish I was as broke as he claimed to be.

I think they should take everything he has and sell it then give the money to the Goldmans.

I hope he never gets out of jail.

I wonder what happens to his pension while he's in jail? I know they couldn't touch that before. I suppose it just goes to his savings or something. I hope the Goldmans get something too. They must be happy (in a sad way of course) that he is FINALLY in prison. Maybe they can go visit him and laugh!!

First time posting in this forum but I had to answer this,
Yes, I dont think that he actually did the first crime however I do think that he knows who did and was behind it all. I truly dont think he was the one who "got his hands dirty" so to speak.

HOn as a first time poster on this forum, you say you do not think that OJ personally committed those crimes, then can I ask whom do you think did commit those crimes. Are you saying he hired someone to kill his ex wife and Ron Goldman, can you kindly explain why you feel he did not commit the crimes??. On a final note I truly believe in Karma and while some people think they get away with the crime, GOd does not forget and OJ is getting his much deserved due time, however in my book , no matter if he lived in Jail for the rest of his life, which to me would be fine, those families of those victums will truly never have peace in their lives. In the end my name is Catherine always has always will, he committed those crimes 100 percent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

As a first time poster or a millionth time poster I am still entitled an opinion as is everyone else on this board. I am not sure who did it however I do not believe that he got his hands dirty in this.
I didnt realize that as a first time poster I had to agree with everyone elses thoughts and ideas.

" can you kindly explain why you feel he did not commit the crimes??." : Sure I will, I saw pics of this crime scene and I watched the trial from start to finish. The person who committed those would have had brusies or some other sign of struggle on them. It was obvious that Ron and Nicole fought back. There was nothing like this found on OJ other then a cut on his finger. There were no bruises, scratches or other marks noted on any other part of his body.
Again that is purely my opinion.

dannic,

welcome to the board and yes, you are entitled to your opinion I'll have to agree to disagree though. I lived in CA during the time, watched start to finish the entire trial and I don't have any idea how anyone could doubt OJ's guilt. I thought the jury had gone mad (or been paid off). That is my opinion though

And remember he was found guilty in the civil trial!!! I know the burden of proof is lower, but guilty is guilty!

Red face

Oh yes as a new poster you can certainly have your own thoughts on oj Simpson. That is what this forum is for, because we all have our own thoughts or feelings on certain subjects, but again for me he is guilty as sin and may he rot in prison for a long long time. Catherine

I changed my user name for this one to protect identity. I've been on the boards here for a long time. Hope you guys will understand.

I have a good friend whose son happens to be in the same jail in Vegas as OJ. OJ attended Bible study on Monday with him and received a Bible. That's all he's said about it so far. I'm sure I'll hear plenty more later.

Do you think it's a possibility OJ could become a Christian in jail or do you think it would be a 'jailhouse conversion' as they're called? (not real)

Interesting....

In regards to your question, I think most "conversions" of any sort are fake and I'm sure he could put on a good show

It amazed me how OJ couldn't stay out of trouble in the first place. Once they said he would have to go to trial for the Vegas mess, I knew he would go to jail this time. I wasn't surprised at the verdict.
