I "attend" a community college that is 2 hours away from me. My entire degree (Early Childhood Education) is online. And because it is accredited, accepts funds from everywhere! I go to school on a TEACH scholarship. HTH! |

Depends on your program and accreditation, but it's very doable. I have 5 more classes to go and many of them were from a local community college which offered distance learning classes. I had to take proctored tests every 2 weeks on campus or I could find one on my own. Just make sure the program/school is accredited. I hear many online programs are not taken seriously when one looks for employment. GL!

Check your state university system. I am currently attending online at a state community college turned 4 year school. I know that the State University of New York has an online program (and from what I understand you do not pay out of state tuition if you are an online student) and the University of Maryland has an online program too.
