Smile Let's pass it forward.

I was at Costco today and the shoppers there are the friendliest I have ever encountered. I had my little baby in my moby wrap and just doing my shopping. I was waiting to get my milk and another lady asked if she could get it for me so I didn't have to go into the cold area to get it with my little boy, then another guy asked if he could help me get the 25 lb bag of rice and put it into my cart... Then in line the couple behind me asked if they could help me put my groceries up to be scanned... So I was thinking we should tell what's been nice that has been done for us and then make sure we pass it on to someone else...

Glad to read that you had a great experience at the store. It's nice to read about the goodness shared in the world.

I had a really good day at Burger King last week. The cashier was so congenial, the food was prompt and very hot. And it just tasted exceptionally good that day-and Burger King has never been one of my favorites. I came home and sent corporate and email telling them of my pleasurable experience. They just totally exceeded my expectations, and I wanted someone to know about it.

I went to Dunkin Donuts today and ordered the pumpkin muffin not heated upp with lots of their butter. The cashier gave me so much butter which made my belly very happy, that have her 1.50 tip and she was so happy and said Ms. that too much, and I said no way, you listened to me and make my hungry belly so happy and she smiled and so did I.... Peace. Catherine

My husband and I are coaching my son in U-10 soccer. Today, a player has his grandparents come to the field to watch him play. It was a very cold morning and we started at 8:30, so not much time for it to warm up. The grandparents bought all three of us (hubby, myself and son) a hot cocoa after the game. They said they appreciated us taking time from our lives to help the team of boys...and they told my son they appreciated him sharing us with the team.

I know that if filled my heart with great warmth.

We were at Walmart looking for birthday presents for my DD's friends and I was secretly seeing what she wanted for her birthday tomorrow. We crossed the isle and a lady (walmart employee) almost hit us with a basket she was pushing full of items to be restocked. When she stopped, a box fell off of the top and without missing a step my DD (8 tomorrow) picked up the box and handed it to the lady.

Very little thing to do, but it shows me that she is very kind and that maybe some of what I try to show/teach her has sunk in!

A lady whom I call "Angel" once helped me when I needed it most with five hundred dollars. This same lady(thru a third party who never informed where this help was coming from) put the mother of eight thru college while the "angel" supported the whole family and bought them a van and paid their bills until the mother was able to support the family herself. "angel" went to J C Pennys and told them what she was doing and showed them her receipts for this familys bills and explained that she would not be able to make a christmas for them and asked for JC Pennys help with that and JCPennys donated a complete wardrobe for the mother and each of the children, gave them school supplies and even a globe. They donated furnishings and accessories and took no credit for doing this.
She would go into the grocery store and give the cashier money to pay for peoples groceries that the cashier knew was struggling. This lady was truly an "angel".

My sister and I took her family out to eat which consists of 6 adults including us 2 and 6 children from the ages of 12 to 2 months. The only other people in the room with us was an elderly couple. We were pretty loud so my sister and I went to the waitress and paid for the other couples bill, When they heard they were so happy. We felt real good about it. I love giving. nancy
