Casey Anthony was indicted today on charges of first degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators in the death of her daughter, Caylee. I know they will never find this little girl, but I hope she gets some justice.

I feel sorry for the parents . I think they may have actually believed their daughter . Or maybe the mom didnt but I think the dad did. I wish they would find that poor child's body. I wonder what the heck this nut did to that precious baby? She was a doll!

I disagree...I think that Casey's mom knew all along, and tried to protect her daughter. If I had to make a guess, I'd say that both mom and daughter have a personality disorder/mental illness.

I don't know about Casey's dad--but her mother damn sure knew long ago that Kaylee was dead at the hand of her daughter Casey! I'm all for protecting your child, but who was there to protect Kaylee?? People make me sick!

When they found that Chloroform in her car and Chloroform searched for on her computer I came to the conclusion that she couldn't find a babysitter so she used chloroform to put Caylee to sleep in the car while she partied at the bar but when she got back to the car this time,Caylee was dead.Thats what I think might of happened.

Thats what I said. I think the dad believed their daughter but I dont think the mom did. I think she knew all along but just couldnt get the daughter to stop lying and tell the truth.
I hope they can find out where that baby is.

Sorry. I see where you said that. It's been a long day....

Maybe my feelings would be different if I was in the actual situation--but if I suspected that one of my children had killed their own child, there would be no way I would continue to support and defend them. And they certainly would not live under my roof! And I can stay with almost 100% certainty that my own mom would kill me herself if she suspected I had killed one of her grandbabies

Maybe once she gets sentenced to a lifetime in prison she will tell where Caylee is, since she won't have anything to lose at that point.

Truly truly sad for this poor innocent little baby girl. I know she is happy playing in Gods home of paradise, As far as for her mom, I cannot say those words here how I feel, and yes it about time. MAy she spend the rest of the life in jail...... Peace to that baby girl.... Catherine

I doubt it. I think her personality disorder, pathalogical lying or whatever it is that she has... keeps her from being able to admit any guilt or involvment.

And I'm afraid is what will keep her from getting the death penalty, or potentially even a conviction for 1st degree murder. She's crazy afterall....

I just watched Caseys mom do a live interview on the Today show. Her mother is as nutty as Casey. Her mother still stands by Casey, and made several comments that they know Kaylee is still alive and that the police never really looked for Kaylee, and instead decided to pin it on Casey. She said that Casey has always been a wonderful mother and never presented any signs of neglect! Hello.....not reporting you child missing for over a month, and then sending the police on a wild goose chase??? I just don't get Cindy Anthony.....she was the one who smelled *death* in the car and called the police, which started the whole thing rolling. I thought it was ironic that finally Casey shed a few tears, now that she realizes she may actually be facing life in prison. I wish she would just finally tell what happened, but in all honesty.....I don't think she will ever tell the truth.

Exactly what I was thinking. So many people would have LOVED to adopt the little girl, her death was totally unnecessary.

I don't understand with the evidence they've had why she was allowed in and out of jail, to do her own "investigation", when they know she's lied time after time and impeded the investigation....what took so long to indict her??

I got tired of her being released then put back in jail. Its about time she is finally in jail for murder. She hasn't said a word about anything. She is keeping her mouth shut tight about her daughter's disappearance.

I just hope Casey rots behind bars. I mean never see the light of day.

I still believe, given the location, that baby's body was fed to a hungary alligator so there would be no evidence available. And alligators don't talk.
