i'm so mad right now! I'm ChefRusso....but i reset my whole computer and I can't seem to remember the password and none of e-mail addresses are the right ones for my password to be sent to...can anyone help me!!???

Isn't there an option for forgot my email address or forgot my name? Maybe that will help.

no, to get your username you need to put your first & last name, and e-mail address. If you forgot your password you need to put your username and e-mail address

I totally share your frustration. I used to be 'ponderhim' and I had that user name since '99 but I changed my password and forgot it also. Someone tried to reset the password, but it didn't work so I became 'Igotscammed'. UGH. I hope you get this worked out.

I have different user names and different passwords for a number of web sites I frequent so I have a little spiral notebook in the drawer next to my keyboard that I keep all that info recorded in. Without that I would be up a creek without a paddle.
Just yesterday I cleaned out my computer ( internet options, cookies, recycle bin) and now I have to re-login on any site I go to. I even had to login on this site before I could post. But I'm on this site often enough my info here is embedded in my brain. But it's also in my little notebook.

Back before mycoupons email disappeared I use to use my email addy here for everything. I have lost a few accounts elsewhere because of it.

thats the thing! i have all my usernames and passwords written down but for some reason my username and password arent right, but i know i didnt change my password either!
