Are you dressing up for Halloween? What are you wearing?

I am not sure if this has been posted yet, I did a search but didn't see one..so my apologies if this has already been asked!

We are going to a Halloween party, and dh and I are going in Celtic Dress. He is wearing a Kilt and I am wearing a dress that a lady made for me (she is from Texas and does BEAUTIFUL work!!!). I am wearing it with a long sleeved chemise that flares out at the end of the arms. I am adding celtic knot trim around the arms to give it color and a little more style. I am wearing the skirt with a hoop skirt underneath, so that will be a fun experience trying to sit down! LOL!!!.

Dh's is a little risque, while I wanted to be more reserved. Hmmm....suits us very well, I think! lol

Here's my costume, but I won't be wearing a necklace with it:

This is the chemise, and the two gathers around each of the arms will have the celtic knot trim that is pictured.

This is my headpiece, but it is being made to match my dress. It is going to be black, but the gold will be replaced with red and will have white ribbon through it to match my chemise. She is also adding a celtic knot charm to the tip that goes on my forehead. I can't wait to see it!

Here is my husband's. The wording on the pouch says "What's under the kilt?"

oi vey...LOL

Yeah, I am excited for Friday!! Hurry up!!!!

Very cute! We aren't going to a party, but my best friends and I are dressing up for school--we're all fifth grade teachers. We're going as the three blind mice.

We went to a party this weekend and we dressed up for the first time in 10 years! I normally put on a black dress and cape when I answer the door to trick or treaters so it was fun to do something different.

We went as nerds:

hopefully the pic shows up

I'm not much of a Halloweener, so I don't wear costumes except under extreme duress.

I love your costumes, though! Have fun at the party!

You mean the "kick me" signs? SURE DID! I have no idea what we would war and I went to Savers (thrift store) and saw the poncho and skirt and the outfit pretty much made itself...all for $5! The most expensive part was buying glasses and taking out the lenses. We had a lot of fun

I am always something scary and sexy a witch or devil. I have tons of capes, dresses, etc and lots of Halloween jewelry and face makeup.

Halloween is an excuse for old ladies like me to dress sexy. LOL
