Does anyone know how to redeem rewards for the Chase Freedom credit card?

I visited their site, found the 'redeem rewards' link, and read FAQ's for about 15 minutes but still can't figure out how to just cash out my rewards.

You can call and redeem them. They will tell you all the different cards you can get. The cash and the gift cards are the same amount of points
5000 points was $50 cash or a $50 gift card for us
I couldn't get logged and the lady at the bank said to call.
