| Question about your boss...
Do you ever think that just when you think you have figured your boss out, he throws you a curve ball and just bewilders your mind? My boss cussed today, like it was nothing, towards me but not at me, just when he was describing what I thought about something. I was a bit shocked but at the same time not surprised. Odd how the work world is now adays.

My boss is Bi-Polar. Ask anybody who works there, they will all agree. She'll sit on something for weeks and after you have forgotten it, she'll bring it up and tell you off over it. My sister works with me and she just found out she has cancer, multiple myephoma. She just had surgery for what we thought was bladder cancer a couple of weeks ago, after being told my our boss to take as long as you need off, she receives a call a week after her surgery to be informed that everyone was burned out from working for her and she couldn't afford to pay anyone overtime anymore and she had to come back to work....her doctor hadn't even released her to go back to work. So yeah, I don't even pretend to know her. We just all get on the phone and vent to one another b/c no one else would believe some of the stories...lol.

Mine recently threw me a curve ball. I ws pregnant and when I told him he was happy for me but then when I lost the baby he was very upset.

I have a wonderful boss, but yes, I agree with you! I think he is very forgetful. But just when I think he is forgetful, he will remember something that is so trivial... Just like a guy I guess!
