Sometimes you need the bad times to know just how good the good times are so my questions are as follows.

MY ANSWERS:

1. Still struggleing with the death of my Mom and Dad they died 4 years ago 3 months appart but I am still really struggleing with it real bad.

2. I had the bike of my dreams given to me, it reminds me of a bike my Mom used to have.

3. I volunteer at a local food bank I am thankfull that I feel usefull while helping them and also I am really thankfull we have not had to turn anyone away this year for food It did come close a few times but just when we thought things were gone we get a decent ammount of food come in just when we need it.

1. What is the worst thing that has happened to you this year?
When I became so stricken with sciatica that I could barely sit or walk or do anything.

2. What is the best thing that has happened to you this year?
When I came down with a 4 day high fever from hell and my sciatica that I had fought with for over 15 years disappeared after the fever left leaving me 100% fully recovered and able to walk and do anything I want to without pain.

3. What are you most thankfull for this year?
A painfree life!

1. What is the worst thing that has happened to you this year? This is tough. It would have to be the diagnosis of my nephew with a cancer in the muscle behind his eye. It has been so trying for my brother and his family, but they are doing amazingly well. I was also diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.

2. What is the best thing that has happened to you this year? My children are doing super in school and have improved attitudes. My youngest just was given an IQ test and he is as smart (or smarter than his siblings.) I always worried about him following the other 3 and feeling "lesser". Oldest has found himself and is very balanced in activities and sports. The other 2 are great too!

3. What are you most thankful for this year? That we truly are blessed to be able to work and pay our bills (and a little more). While I avoid looking at mutual fund balances, etc, we are OK!

Okay I will bite
1. The worst thing that happened to me this year was finding out all about my Ds Thomas's stomach problem, finally after so many times of suffering, he had so many tests and they said he is lactose intolorent and also had a bad case of Ibs, which for both there is no medical treatment, its totally over the counter type medicince, keeping your stress levels down, and maintaining a special diet. Its still a challenge for him, but its a work in progress.
2. The best thing that happened to me was I was experiencing a shortness of breathe and feeling very tried and over whelmed, I too had many tests even went to the heart doctor.Alot of blood work and all, found out I am borderline Diabetic and I am very anemic and its all stress, I can deal with all those issues, always worrying about my ds and my parents whom are both very sick now .But thanks to God my heart is fine....
3. What Am I Thankful for as always, my children, my wonderful husband, my extended family to be alive and healthy.. Without your health and your family, you have nothing... Peace to all... Catherine

1. What is the worst thing that has happened to you this year?
Vet Bills!!! We have just about joined the $5,000 club at our vet for the 3 animals. One thing after another this year. In fact, when we went there last to pay for our dogs dental bill, the office manager said that we have been getting kicked and kicked and kicked this year. You know it is bad when the office even mentions it. LOL.

2. What is the best thing that has happened to you this year?
We went on our first ever family vacation during Spring Break!! Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and Universal Studios. We stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing! We are going back to Disneyland for Spring Break next year. It was a wonderful time for the 3 of us. Our son is going to be 12 next month, and he is growing up so quickly. To be able to spend that family time together in such a magical place was truly a blessing.

AND

3. What are you most thankful for this year?
Like every year, I am thankful for my family. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful and caring husband. And my son is truly amazing. He has grown so much, in leaps and bounds, and will be a teenager next year.

I am thankful for all that I have been blessed with. Everything from my husband and home to my son and my feelings of thankfulness and enlightenment. I am thankful that I live in the best country in the world and that there are people willing to defend me and my lifestyle. I am thankful that we have a new President one who really cares about America and people like me.
I am thankful that I had another full year of my Mommy being here. I am thankful that God in his infinite wisdom has chosen to bless me in so many ways.

1. What is the worst thing that has happened to you this year? I got pregnant twice and lost the babes both times. I’ve made the decision not to try anymore for the sake of my health. (they were my 3rd and 4th and I do have the gift of my DS). Now I have the worry about losing my job (I work for a GM supplier)

2. What is the best thing that has happened to you this year? My SO & I were given a mobile home and we are home owners!!!!

3. What are you most thankfull for this year? My friends and my family. My baby brother had a heart attack the end of Feb and it is a miracle that he is with us today. My Significant Other, Greg, he loves me and takes such good care of me.

2. What is the best thing that has happened to you this year? My brother lived, after his heart stopped twice (took 8 tries to jump start him the last time).

worst~~couldn't get all the plumbing in the house working at the same time (took almost 2 years)
Best~~got it fixed today yeahhhhh (now have to rebuild the walls)
Most thankful that I can get a bath!

Worst--- Finding out my grandmother has alzehmeirs( sp?) diseas.

Best-- My dream came true DH and I spent two glorious weeks in Hawaii celebrating 10 yrs of marriage.

Most Thankful-- My DH, my family, and good healh, my home and my precious furbabies ( 2 doggies).
