How many Christmas trees do you put up?

I put up 3 (4 if you count a 2 ft one in the entrance hall) I put up a 9ft tree in my family room, 7 foot in my living room, and 6 ft one in the basement, The basement is finished.
I use the family room tree for Xmas morning for the gifts for everyone who is in the house.
the living room tree I put all the grandchildrens gifts, and the basement tree is for friends that we see over the season. The gifts are easier to find this way. Every year I say I am going to cut down on how many trees but they all seem to still go up.
I have all artifical trees.

Usually it's a 12' in the great room (real), a 6' (artifical) in dining room and just several small table top ones through the house. But, this year, I'm doing a real one in the dining room too. I bought pine roping to place throughout the house too. I LOVE the smell!

Just one. My guys grouse enough about helping with that, I can't imagine getting them to do more than one! Men! Harrrummph.

One "real" one in the living room then I have three candy cane pink artificial trees with lights that I put in the dining, kitchen, and bedroom.
I LOVE Christmas and I also decorate my outdoor trees!

I actually laughed out loud when I read the title "how many trees"! I will be lucky if I get up one! And that looks iffy at this point.

Just one big real old fashioned christmas tree in the Den. I also decorate the entire bottom floor of my home, which would be the den, the kitchen, formal living room, formal dining room and florida room... Peace... Catherine

I put up a big tree in my front room, and also one in the Den. I have a small one(tabletop) in 2 of the kids rooms. I would have more if I had more rooms to have them in.
I put most of them up myself. I don't know that my DH has ever put up a tree!
He does however do the outside decorations.

I put up 2. One in the dining room and one in my 3 yr olds room.

My aunt puts up 30+ every year. THis year it's 37, but she was gunning for 45.

Holy Cats, 37 trees?!! I put up four trees, one in the family room, one in the formal living room, and one in each of the kids rooms. The formal living room has the fancy ornaments and the family room has the kid themed candy stuff.

Say what? Please explain this insanity to us.

We put up one real tree in the living room and one 2ft artificial tree in the kitchen. I decorate it wil cookie cutters and kitchen themed ornaments. The base of it fits in one of my favorite big bowls.

I totally agree! We will put up the 7 ft. tree in our living room....BUT we have to take my recliner out of the room and into the garage just to fit the tree. My teeny-tiny house barely fits us!

Well, she starts in late october to ge tthem all up. Her trees range from 6 inches to i think her biggest is 9 feet?, not sure. Most of them are the full size variety, and they are all fake of course. She doesnt have a very big house at all. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Normal size. She puts the smaller ones on top of cabinets, the fridge, book shelves. She even has an upside down 7 footer this year We go to her house every xmas, and its very hard for all of us to fit in because there ae so many trees. I asked her if we would loose kids this year. SHe said the forest is of the contained. She has a theme for most of the trees too. like the patriotic one for my brother and cousin who are in the navy, and the one with the antique glass balls collection, the one with the norwiegan decorations. blah blah blah. Too many in my book, but she loves it. Her hubby had to build her a storage shed 2 stories high to store all of in the off season.
