How many gifts do you need for each gender? What kind of price range? When do you need them? (Is there time to order online?)

Maybe some beaded jewelry craft kits from Michael's (or whatever store you have) for the girls.

WM has the smaller sized (approx 6") Etch A Sketch for under $4, near the registers.

My Walgreens has small beanie baby "type" stuffed animals on the bottom shelf in the toy isle for 99-cents. Last year I bought a red dragon, a pink mouse, a turtle and an otter. They were really cute and pretty good quality, especially for the price (much better than Dollar Tree). I haven't bought any this year, so I don't know if they've went down in quality since then.

Not really sure what to suggest without more details.
