Anyone here work for Aflac?

I had an injury about a month ago to my knee, and my doctor sent me for an MRI. He called yesterday evening and told me the MRI showed I had a broken knee cap. I have the Aflac personal accident indemnity plan, and was wondering if anyone knew how much Aflac pays for a broken knee cap. I go in to see the orthopedic doctor tomorrow to find out what he recommends, but in the meantime, I'd love to be able to have some idea of what Aflac might pay. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mariah

I don't work for Aflac, but for a similar 'type' company. Policies are so different, it is hard to tell what yours will pay....some pay so much per day, some per injury. I would try their website.....it looks pretty simple. You may also be able to print out a claim form to take with you to the Dr....saves mailing or faxing back and forth. The sooner you file, the sooner you get the $$$! Insurance Policies for Individuals & Employers | Aflac Insurance

Thanks! I've got the policy here though, and for a broken bone, the payment ranges from $35 to $12,500. The medical bills have already been so costly though, I was trying to ease my mind by trying to guestimate how much they would payout for a knee. Appreciate the link!
