Smile What magazines do you subscribe to?

What kind of magazines do you all subscribe to anymore? My mom and I used to really love the Taste of Home and the Quick Cooking. Now we just get the Quick Cooking and even now since they've changed the format of the magazine, I'm not as excited about getting it and reading it as much as I used to be. I also used to really like Good Housekeeping and Redbook, but find myself getting tired of it also. Does this happen to any of you?

I only get Guideposts. However, my mom subscribes to People, Good Housekeeping, Country, Reminisce & Reminisce Extra and gives them all to me when she is done with them. She also buys InTouch, Woman's World and Us almost weekly so I also read those!

I subscribe to anything that's free! I must get about 12 magazines that I signed up for on the internet for free...the rest I get from using mycokerewards points. They are: Interview, U.S. News, Pink, Womans Day, Better Homes and Gardens, More, Lucky, Good Housekeeping, Ladies Home Journal, Harpers Baazar, Vogue, Elle, O, Glamour, and Marie Claire to name a few. One of my favorites is More. I also buy All You at WalMart which I really enjoy. ~Lisa

I'm like Lisa - a better question for me is probably which magazines DON'T you get? Magazines are a staple in my troop care packages and I also donate them to my gym at work and the YMCA, so they get use way beyond just me. Many are free, some I pay a few dollars for on best deal magazines .com, and also use airlines miles to cash in for subscriptions

Right now, I get: U.S. News, Womans Day, Better Homes and Gardens, More, Good Housekeeping, Ladies Home Journal, Body & Soul, Shape, Fitness (women), Autoweek, Autombile, ESPN, Sporting News, Men's Health, Men's Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, Esquire, Spin, Electronic House, Maximum PC, Field & Stream....etc, etc....

Personally, I read the Woman's Day, BH&G, GH, LHJ, Shape & Fitness.

Like the last two posters, the easier question would be what I don't subscribe to!! I get all my magazines free (thanks to the freebies posts and other freebie sites). I know my mail carrier must think I'm made of money with all these magazine subscriptions! But it's nice that we can get them for free. I can't remember the last time I paid for a subscription!

Thanks freebie board!

None. It seems like they just repeat the same articles in different formats over and over again. I decided that they are a waste time for me and a waste of paper. (Bah humbug!)

I stopped the Taste of Home since I stopped using the recipes. I can just look online for new ideas for things. Too busy to try new recipes right now.
I subscribe to People, this is my splurge. I canceled it a while back because I wanted to save money. It is very expensive. But my school had a special discount for teachers for magazines and I couldn't resist the discount. So I signed up again.
I also get Good Housekeeping, SOuthern Living (It was a gift), and Guidepost (It was gift too). A few other ladies magazines that I forgot which ones. I like ones with stories and ideas.

TV Guide (I think my DD got it free for me)
Good Housekeeping (free from Kroger)
Creative Keepsakes (I ordered it for one year about 2-3 years ago and it keeps coming......?????)
Saturday Evening Post ( I have no idea where this came from!)
Better Homes and Gardens
Just ordered Reader's Digest for $5 and Midwest Living for $7.
DH gets several train magazines.

I didn't know you lived nearby. Do you live in/near Findlay? I'm about an hour away. My brother went to school at the University. Interesting...

I subscribe to Allure, Shape, Rachel Ray, Woman's Day, Working Woman and a few others. DS gets Sporting News (for like 3 more years...all free). I paid a small fee for Rachel Ray, but most were free.
