FlirtyGirlFitness...

With the posts on losing weight, etc. I thought I'd post this. I saw an ad for this on TV the other night...It looks like alot of fun...I wouldn't have anywhere to put a pole in my house though...LOL...Can you imagine the kids friends coming down into our basement and Mom has a pole installed? Hee hee... I was wondering if anyone has ever tried this?...It looks like you can get other DVDs besides the pole one...Some of the testimonials sound like it's great... ~Lisa

I had seen an ad for some kind of workout dancing just before Christmas. I didn't get a chance to write down the name of it, but I'm wondering if this is it. I know it did have some kind of pole dancing, too.

The "Booty Beat", "Chair Dancing" and "Chair Fit" look like fun. Not sure about the pole thing, I don't think I'd want to try that for a while.

I have my treadmill and Tae Bo. I'd love to incorporate some fun dance and a nice pilates dvd too.

I haven't seen the ad but have seen classes advertised in "big cities" and on VH1 Brooke Hogan took one of the classes offered (don't ask why I know that LOL). It looks fun and I really wish they offered some sort of class using a pole here locally. I don't think I would put one in my house though....

I don't live in a "big" city and someone just opened one of these studios up here. I don't know how the response has been.

Too funny...just what I was thinking! My luck I'd break my leg and would be laying down in the basement all day waiting for DH or the kids to come down and rescue me! Hell, I have a hard time getting up off of the floor when I'm sitting down there. How do I think I'd ever be able to do some of this stuff? It does look like fun though! I sent the link to my 70 year old Mom and asked her if she wanted it. She said yes...and she definitely wants the pole. Of course she was kidding! LOL! ~Lisa

It would be interesting to know. I don't think it would go over well here. They put in a Hooters/Coyote Ugly type bar and the town went crazy...not in a good way. I like the bar LOL. There *might* be one in Denver but that's over an hour away. I haven't heard and/or seen any between here and Denver though.
