I'm not sure if you know this is a spoof. The Onion is notorious for their fake "news". Apple unveiled a new laptop, but it has a traditional keyboard. This is a pretty well done spoof, though. I would hate to have to scroll and click instead of typing. This post would have taken me a good half-hour.

OMG, funny!!

The interviewee is typical of so many people... if it's shiny and from Apple, they'll buy it. My favorite line was where he said it's cool that it says "Sent to you from my Apple Wheel... so that way everybody knows you have one." I know it's probably silly, but when I get a email that says "Sent to you from my iPhone"... I am apt to think the user is trying to show off... lol.

LOL I know what you mean. I do have an iPhone and it adds that stupid line to every email I send automatically! I have to figure out how to turn it off. I normally just delete it if I'm paying attention to what I'm doing.

Yeah - I know it's not even anything the sender personally added to the message, so I shouldn't hold it against anybody. I think it's just that the two people I tend to see iPhone-sent messages from do happen to be "I have to have the coolest"-types, so when I see their messages containing that tagline, I can't help but roll my eyes and wonder if they think I'm impressed. lol
