Hi! I hope you all don't mind that I post this here. I live in Cecil County, Maryland, and we are trying to get help for the animals at our local SPCA. Please visit the blog of our Maryland State Delegate, Mike Smigiel. He has details on allegations of abuse, which also includes photos. We are trying to spread the word so that this doesn't continue to get swept under the rug. Cecil County is a small county, which still seems to have the "good ole boy" system in place. This has been swept under the rug for a while now.

Done -- I was #471 -- hope this petition gets to 5000. I also live in Cecil County and have been following this story in the Whig. --- Hope something can be done--- but in this "good ole boy" county [just like you said]-- it is going to be very hard. And the poor animals suffer.
