Anyone see Josh Duggar wedding Sunday night?

There was a 1 hr show about the wedding last night on TLC. It was a really sweet wedding. Very pretty too.

i watched it. cousin amy cracked me up. I think she must be kin to the duggars, she must be the wild cousin...lol. i thought it was really sweet. I think they are a little crazy as a family in their thoughts sometimes, but i thought the wedding was sweet. I thought poor kid would get to his honeymoon and be so excited he wont get to consumate it...lol. the dad did have some good ideas about putting his wife's feelings before his own stuff like that.

I thought the whole thing was so sweet, the couple was really cute with each other and the whole church pitched in for the wedding. It reminded me of LDS wedding receptions, so many people pitch in to help out with serving food and cleaning up and doing flowers and making the dresses... The whole thing was nicely done.

lol He's young. It wouldn't take long for him to be ready to go again! lol I was wondering how it was behind those closed doors at the hotel myself! Even kissing was all new at that point. Nothing like a kid in a candy store!

Wink

I thought the wedding and the bridal party was very sweet. I also thought the words they spoke to each other were sweet. However waiting till you were married to share your first kiss, was a bit too much, I can and totally understanding about waiting to have relations as my dad would put it, but not even one little tiny kiss??. Also again I firmly understood about no alcohol at the reception as I personally am againist all alcohol, however if someone else wanted it so be it, however no dancing cmon that was a bit too much, they are againist dancing, that it so much of the party to dance. Not to say they would have the music of today but perhaps some music. Again I do have personal views about this family I do not agree with it all, however there are some sweet loving moments shared in that large family..Peace. CAtherine

I have to agree. I watched them on a talk show last week and went away thinking...how strange they seemed. For one, I cannot imagine raising that many children, although I think the kids seemed to help raise each other. I did admire the fact that they are almost debt free (I am sure the money they have received for entertainment value has helped them a great deal). I guess to each his own...

They may not have realized what kind of store they were going into until they got inside. However, I feel quite certain that Jim Bob knew exactly what he was looking at. He just didn't want to say outloud on broadcast TV what he was seeing. Jim Bob and Michelle are into their 40's and I don't think they're quite that naive.
