Humorous ways to say "please turn off your cellphones"???

We have an orchestra concert tonight at the high school...Before each concert I always have to go on stage and welcome everyone...I also have to remind them to turn off their cell phones...Last week, DH and I went to see a play...The guy who came out before the play said something really funny but his message was clear...turn off your cell phones! I can't remember what it was. Does anyone have anything I can use? Thanks! ~Lisa

How about something like if a cell phone rings that person is the clean up person make it funny like that's how we tell who the volunteer is.

I don't know that's all I have this morning!

What about "cell phone ring tones haven't been tuned and the orchestra intruments have - please turn them off."

Or simply something like "so everyone can enjoy the concert, please turn off all cell phones"

Our band director always reminds the audience to turn off all cell phones and young children so that everyone can enjoy the concert that the students have worked so hard to prepare for.

shouldnt have to be humorous, people should already have that respect built into them but unfortunatly it was lost through the years. Last night was a meeting about classes kids need to choose to get to where they want to be in life something important in the kids lives and the cell phones kept going off every few minutes.

Cute! Not to pick nits, but you'd need to adjust it a bit. The way it's written now, "them" refers to the orchestra instruments.

True, so just flop it.

The instruments have been tuned but the cell phones have not, so please turn them off. Thank you and enjoy the show!!!

Funny thing is...I had an orchestra concert tonight with my 4th and 5th graders and I was looking for a funny way to say it cause I remember someone had a funny little story or analogy to remind the audience to turn off cell phones. Can't remember it though.
