Dish washing soap

I have a dishwasher but occasionally wash some items by hand. I just opened my new bottle of Palmolive Pure and Clear. OMG....it smells fantastic. It reminds me of some of my favorite shower soaps from Bath and Body. Maybe now I will be washing more things by hand.

I have been an Ajax dishsoap user for several years now but now I'm totally switching over to Palmolive Pure and Clear. Hopefully there will be more coupons out there.

What brand of dish soap does everyone use?

I use either Seventh Generation or Bright Green depending on coupons and sales and I really love the citrus smell.

there is a Try Me Free offer on the new Palmolive....you can send it and get your money back on it. I found it quite expensive. I buy Dawn usually since it is on sale so often.

$1.00 off of 2 in my paper today, and yes, I like the way it smells.

I use Dawn as well.

They used to make a lemon Dawn that I loved, but they don't make it anymore.

I rarely use dish soap because of my dishwasher, but when I need to, I use Dawn. I've used it for years. I wouldn't might trying some of the new "earth-friendly" types though.

Thanks for the info on the "Try me free." That's my favorite price!

I use whatever I can get cheap or free and did like the new Palmolive you mentioned, op. I used a coupon and also got the rebate. It was pricey.

I have noticed that no matter what kind I use - Dawn, Joy, Palmolive, etc that the product doesn't "suds" up like I am used to. I wonder if they've changed formulas, cheapened the ingredients, etc . I am squirting a lot more now than ever.

Forgot to mention.. the dawn that's supposed to soften your hands (it's the new version that's pink).. totally sucks. It's totally flat, and it doesn't work well at all.

Pretty much just use Dawn here.....have some of the Hand Renewal right now, and don't think it really makes a difference with my hands.

We lived next door to an appliance repairman. I mentioned the lack of suds on the water. He told me that it is not the suds on top of the water that cleans. It is the soap in the water. He said he learned this at a seminar.

I do like to see the suds.

I use Palmolive.
