I just got home from work and am a little tight-jawed at one of the other shift managers. For the umpteenth time she has rearranged a schedule to suit her needs and the needs of her shift and didn't consult any other manager about how it would effect their shifts. It's as if she just decides something and the heck with how it works for anyone else.
And if that isn't enough she fails to notify anyone of these changes so we may or may not have a clue who will be working when.
OK that's it for me this morning. I feel better already.
Anyone else that has a coworker that makes them want to scream?

Me, me, me!! Too many and too many reasons to mention. I would sum it up as saying that I am sick and tired of seeing demonstration of the Peter Principle ("In a Hierarchy Every Employee Tends to Rise to His Level of Incompetence." ) - not including me, of course.
