He seems to be running more errands than I do maybe he has a job somewhere I don't know about but he is so busy! I look for him and he is nowhere to be found and then he will be up the street talking to friend cat or looking around for something or chasing something (real or imagined). Then the rest of the time he spends either hidden in some cubby in the house or on the top of the recliner.

What the heck goes through his mind I often wonder???

LOL I have 4 cats and 3 of them are very busy too, all over the house doing their thing whatever it is. The oldest Cammie she just sleeps all day and night and when needed disciplines the boys for misbehaving. I often wonder what goes through their minds too. Austin he is always got something in his mouth, his fuzzy lovey, a dirty sock or some other piece of clothing running around with it and if you try to take it from him he growls at you like he is a big mean old tiger.

Our cat is 6 and she just started sleeping up high on top of the entertainment center or armoires. She never did that before. . .would just sleep on someone's bed or the couch. She's been acting so wierd lately.

My cats go nuts at night. They run around all crazy, knocking things over, banging into stuff, then if you move under the covers they pounce on you. During the day all they do is sleep, I'm temped to go pounce on them.

I have 2 indoor cats that have been acting out of their norm. One jumped on the washer while I was turned to get a load. The other jumps on my pillow and kneads it while I am laying on it. They have been eating like crazy too. They must be getting spring fever. They are much more playful too. The one is still a @!tch to the other while the other still cowers. They are so much fun, though.

I think it is Spring fever my males are acting funny but my female is still the queen and sleeping while the boys do the chores.

That's a funny way of looking at cats. We have 2 indoor cats, both male. They have started fighting in the last couple of days. Weird, I have always said that I would hate to meet the cat that our Bob is alpha to.

Your cats make my old girl sound like such a slacker.
She is a lay around and snuggle cat. Occasionally she will sit in the window and watch birds and chatter at them. But that is a big day for her anymore. She is 14, so I'll cut her a little slack.

Mine are 2 indoor females. They both are LAZY. All they do is sleep all day long. They are active from about 5 to midnight then I find them curled up in different beds. Crazy Cat question, do any of your cats groom each other? Mine are at it ALL the time(kind of embarrassing when they are in the front window sill licking each other). I wonder what the neighbors must think, LOL

Yep, our two cats wash each other all the time. They have a set schedule for their day (morning playtime, morning nap, afternoon nap, afternoon playtime, night playtime........ )

We also had a neutered male cat who nursed the new kitten we brought home :-)

When one of my two cats is asleep and the other wants to play, he/she will go begin to bathe the other. Before you know it there's a cat fight going on all over the den! They also watch for us when we come back from wherever we've gone.

My alpha cat is a female named Smoky and is 6. She loves my DH more than anyone even though he prefers dogs LOL! Anyway, she will jump on his lap, rub her body against him when he's standing and jump on the desk when he is on the computer. She even will climb on the arm of the couch and lick his hair. Total crush!

I remember the lady on another board who said her cat needed one litter box for peeping and another one for pooping or he would not go!

Cats are hilarious!
