Very sad news this evening in Buffalo, NY. God rest their souls.

So sad! I live 30 minutes from where this plane went down in Clarence center. I have had the news on all evening since the plane crashed. Its just surreal. I know some of the firefighters there but as of right now nobody I know was on the plane. From what I have heard on the news there were NO survivors of the 48 people from the plane and at least ONE fatality on the ground . The plane was about 5 miles away from landing at the airport.

My prayers and thoughts go out to all of those families.

Yes, I've been watching it since it was first reported. CNN seemed to have it first.

I just saw it. I have two sets of friends that live in Buffalo. Scared me to death to see this. Those poor people.

I saw that one of the women that died in the crash was a 9/11 widow. How sad .

I've had a Foreman Grill for about six years. I've done about 85% of my cooking on it, but I've never burnt myself. Probably because I don't use it as a pillow.

Yeah, I am also about 30 minutes away

We had a friend who was scheduled to be on that flight, but he had finished up his meeting in Newark early so he took an earlier flight home.

While we're relieved he is safe, our hearts are broken for the people on the plane and the poor man who died in his house.
