My Dream House is Now $100,000 less
Remember when I posted my dream house? It's been on the market for around one year and it has been lowered $100,000 in price. At this rate I will be able to afford it if it stays vacant about six and a half more years lol!

When I posted it last time it was $749,000 now it's $649,000. The indoor pool and the waterfall and the thirteen acres are my favorite features.

No kidding! Our dream house has always included an indoor pool for my arthritis, and my own personal requirement of a really great view of some awesome mts.
Living in the Mid-West I don't think, even if we *could* afford it, it'll happen anytime soon.
But geez Wilbur, that house is fabuloso.

Beautiful home ! I love the indoor pool. I love metal rooves, too. I'd guess they have metal to prevent algae build up since it is in the upper NW and in a wooded area.

That is a really nice house. My uncle lives in Eugene and would not move anywhere else since he thinks it is one of the greatest places to live.

A couple of months ago there was a photo tour looks like they removed it. It's pretty nice inside if I remember correctly there is wine cooler in the kitchen. And the views are all incredible.

Wow, that's magnificent. I've only been to the west coast once and we went to Eugene. I've got a pretty good idea where that house is located. Beautiful area.

Payments would only be $3257.69 per month (30 yr fixed, 0 down, 5.10%) PLUS your taxes and ins...... (I looked at the listing but couldn't find prop tax figures for Oregon). Still a bargain!

Dang, those are cheap taxes!!! My house has an assessed value of $161,000.00 and my yearly taxes are around $2500.00!!!!!
