The oddest thing happen a few weeks back. My husbands boss man received a letter stating one of his employees had paced a claim for unemployment. This is not only wrong but impossible as there has only been 7 employees working for the company since its doors open in 1948 and out of those 7- 3 of them are still working there my husband being the 2nd longest at 30 years.
Any hoot,, the man claims he worked for them last year for 2 DAYS ! as a security guard

. There has never been a security guard ever.Any hoot, a man from unemployment called yesterday to talk to the boss man and the man claiming to hadworked for him last year was on the line as well.
( 3 way call ) The man kept repeating over and over he had worked for them, when the boss man ask him where he couldn't tell him . WTH ? You drove to work for 2 days but you dont have a clue where its located ??BTW the unemployment claims office where the claim was placed is located over 75 miles way from the business in a different county and different city. The man kept saying he worked for the company in our home city, which this is impossible as that store closed doors in 1995.So there's no way he worked there last year . So when boos man told the claims officer that store has been closed since his fathers death in 1995 ( BTW the building has been sold and is now a tire store ). In the end the claims officer told boss man there had to be a mistake and he would close the claim.. Now I ask you can someone work for a company for 2 days and get unemployment ? I always thought you had to have points paid in ( some people call it pennies ) and it usually amounted to about 6 months of working. We all know A. this was a scam or B. a total mistake on the mans part. But I still wonder about working only 2 days and placing a claim? can you do this ?.
