From researching online it seems to run $5000 - $12000. When I called locally though the cost was almost $30,000.

I had one in January of 08, and it cost us $6000 for everything. That includes the initial visit , the outpatient center, procedure, anestesia, and follow up visit about 6 weeks later. When I was researching having one I found people that priced it all over the place. Here in Lufkin they don't do many so it was more expensive and the effective rate was unknown. So I decided to check into doctors in Houston, and finally settled on one who has been doing reversals for years and had a webpage with success stories and lots of information. My advice to you (if you are in a smallish town) is to go to the largest town closest to you and start looking there.
