Congrats Jenh !! wonderful job on being able to quit smoking, It's such a hard thing to do till you are ready to do it. Don't worry about the weight gain I'm sure your body will soon start feeling better = you will be more willing to walk/play/ ride bikes etc so the pounds will melt off .

Definitely Congrats on quitting smoking! Last time I tried, all my neighbors but one moved, and my dog ran away from home. The neighbor that didn't move bought me ciggs
