Happy and Healthy St Patricks Day to all. Just like Turkey for thanksgiving how mahy people will be cooking corn beef and cabbage and potatoes today...I will have the side dishes but dh loves this dish..Does anyone else make any other Irish Dishes like Sheppards Pie?? Peace. Catherine

I am making corned beef dinner (cabbage, potatoes, onions and carrots) to take to a pot luck dinner tonight. I am also going to make some Irish soda bread, the just plain white kind. I am making enough to keep some at home for tomorrow too.
