So is she a "homophobe" too because she would rather see him look more normal? lol I thought he did an awesome job and that he looked great. I would assume that if he doesn't win it he will at least in in the final two. He is very talented.

That performance for me anyway, was riveting. I love him, nail polish, or no nail polish.

Adam was FREAKING PHENOMENAL! OMG That young man has a gift--whether he wraps the gift in funky makeup, nail polish and a "wild" hairstyles or strips it down to just the basic "wrapper". His is extremely blessed.

The young girl, Allison, I think is her name--is another one who has a gift.

Those two people sing and perform in a way that can't be taught, they were born with it.

The producers of AI told Adam to be more presentable. It has shown too. Remember last week when Randy Travis told him that he never sees men wearing nail polish. LOL!
This is the most boring season overall of Idol for me. Some of my friends have quit watching it after they changed the format and don't care for any of the contestants. Idol needs to make the show only for amateurs and not allow any with a professional music background be a contestant. They also need to limit the number of votes per phone number. AT&T doesn't want that though.
Most all of the performances by almost all of the contestants have been as Simon would say "forgettable" for me. The show has gone downhill ever since Carrie Underwood won it. I'm not a country music fan, but I do have a few of her songs. The only CDs I buy are by Kelly Clarkson. I have all of hers.
Allison is awesome, especially only being 16. I enjoy most of Lil Rounds performances too. Anoop bores me, but the judges have liked him the last couple of weeks. Scott has been boring too. Kris probably had his best performance. Gokey is the Vegas oddsmakers favorite to win, but wasn't as good as he has been. Probably Michael Sarver should get sent home this week, with Megan in the bottom two with him.

Yes I wish they would make the show for amateurs only. And they definitely need to limit the number of calls if they really want a true American Idol. I think Megan will go this week. She's cute and interesting but she wasn't good this week.

Megan is votefortheworst.com's current candidate. No telling how long that following will keep her in the mix. She was awful last night.

I made my DS1 watch last night since he was home. He's never watched but was spot-on with his critique - including, with heavy sarcasm, "Boy, Paula is really articulate, huh?".

Adam is amazing! I do not think he looks like Elvis, though. He did have an Elvis look last night, but that is it. His vocals are rare. Remember Benny Mardones? His nickname was "The voice", due to his amazing vocal range(4 octaves). Adam has a similiar range(not quite as high at maybe about 2.5 octaves).

And all emos are not gay by the way. Now Paula doesn't like it. So I was just curious as to whether or not the people who criticized me would do the same for her. I don't know much about music, but it doesn't seem like Scott has much vocal range, ability to choose great songs, or stage presense. Just seems like a hotel or cruise ship singer to me.....not an idol, no way, no how. FWIW, I think he sets off some radar in gays and homophobes, too.
