I just started using the aquafresh trays that I got for free. I have only used them twice, but I have noticed a difference already. Not sure I would want to pay $40 for one week of use, but they were free, so I am happy so far with the results. I did have a little gum sensitivity after using them, but it only lasted an hour or so...

Ultrabrite All In One Advanced Whitening was a CR best buy at 28 cents an ounce, and it was also the highest rated. It was the only one rated excellent at stain removal, perfoming at an 81% satisfaction rate.

The next couple were rated very good at stain removal: Colgate Max Fresh at .47 cents an ounce. It performed at a 75% satisfaction rate. Colgate Luminous at .49 cents per ounce and a 71% satisfaction rate.

Then the toothpastes fall into the 69% categories and below for satisfaction. Overall Colgate products did better than Crest products.

Hope this helps!

Crest Whitestrips Advanced works very well. It is $35 but you don't have to use the whole thing--that's how well it works. You can share with SO, sister, whomever. Or save it for next time. My teeth came out very white. But not like Mark Consuelos or Ross from that episode of "Friends".
