wish me luck ! Dh has a job interview at 2 this afternoon !
He has been unemployed for 6 weeks yesterday..please keep us in your thoughts today..and send out some "get the job " vibes around 2. Thanks so much !

Good luck and good vibes coming his way. What type of job is he looking for? Maybe someone on here knows of a opening.
I am in Maryland and they are holding "job fairs" here, where there are a whole lot of employers with openings at their companies, set up booths and hundreds of people apply for the jobs.

He is a tech writer. He lives in Fla. Has been to one job fair and handed out many applications. He works mostly for the military ( he's retired from Navy ) . Thanks for the good wishes !

Update: dh did the interview. He says it was a small co. He thinks he did well.. They will let him know by Wed. what they decide. I think it sounded promising

Good luck to your dh on his job interview! I was asking my dh about what a tech writer does and he said your if your dh doesn't get this job, that he needs to check around Hunstville, AL and Redstone Arsenal. There is a lot of Army around Huntsville and a lot more coming over the next few years. My husband works over at Redstone. You would love the cost of living in north Alabama!
