Does anyone on here take Digestive Enzymes?

I am trying to become healthier from the inside out. I saw a great video of someone putting enzymes in a bowl of yogurt and it turned very watery.. she did the same with oatmeal...again very watery because the enzymes were digesting the food!

If you've taken them, have they worked for you? Do you feel better? Any info would help
