Maybe it's the brands of the bras you are trying or the way you are laundering them. They should be washed in gentle cycle on cold wash/rinse. They should be hung not dried. And you should wear each one only every other day and hang it the next day so it won't stretch out too much. A better quality bra will keep its' shape better. Get one that is too tight a little in the band because no matter how good of a bra or how well you take care of it it WILL stretch. Also I don't know if it's true in your case but lots of women don't really know their kubungas. You might need a bigger or smaller cup size. Most people measure in the wrong places. Maybe this will help How to Measure and Buy the Right Bra! I know it's a pain the split cheeks to try on tons of bras but like clothes you must try on many different styles even those that you might think would not look right on you. And for the Love of Rupert PLEASE no white bras! They are horrendous and there is no need for them in any circumstance. If you are wearing a white blouse wear a bra closest in color to your natural skin tone. A white bra looks terrible under your clothes. If nobody else but me is honest enough to tell you I am.

I hate it too. Everyone who has measured me has a different idea on my size. No matter what, the girls spill out a bit in the middle. And the sales people don't seem to get, I will not where an underwire for all the money on earth. My big girls can be comfortable in a wireless one, although I prefer to be braless at home.

Well, I have some white ones. It is not a problem, because it is not seen. My shirts are no tthat sheer. I like my white ones....they just feel , well.....white. lol.

Next time you are at waal mart try the curvations bra. It is a Queen Latifa bra and they fit like a dream and are under 15 dollars. I have worn them since they came out and NEVER had one stretch out on me. They do not have as many as they used to have so if you find you are comfortable in them get as many as possible. They do not have underwire.

I will admit it finally... I have never worn a bra..ever, never never ever never. I don't have real big ones.. I guess I have normal sized ones. What do bras do?? I never really understood their purpose. I don't wear see thru clothing either so I never have to hide my girls. I let them hang and flap like God intended.

| LOL. I really never even thought about it. I do think skin tone is best if your top is sheer, but other than that, I don't think/care about what bra people wear.

I hate shopping for bras too! I actually found that the ones that tend to fit me the best are the ones I purchase in the girls department. I usually wear a 34A. Most bras in the women department are too big for me. Being flat chested makes shopping for clothing to fit a chore.

I find that like all clothing, the sizes run big or small, depending on the manufacturer. I, too, have white bras, and all other colors. Depends on what I'm wearing. What bothers me is when the straps are showing. It's almost like a fashion trend lately, like the whale tale is/was.

I hate it too. Before kids, I could find bras more easily but not after. The best bra that fits me know (I am a 38C) are Cacique (Lane Bryants lingerie store). Before kids, I loved Victoria's Secret but they kill now. I wait til they are 50% off of BOGO and get a bunch. I usually wear the seamless beige plunge. I hate white. It shows thru light colored shirts and it looks dirty sooner (even when it's clean). I also have black, dark brown and some fun lacy hot pink, and blue ones to wear under dark sweaters. I think ALL women need a bra no matter what their size. Pet peeve are nipples sticking out and floppy boobies. Keep the girls UP where they look good...not DOWN where they look painful and horrible. Just my opinion of coarse.

I'm not offended. I've never had kids, so my girls are still pretty..umm.. firm. Mine aren't but about a handful. I just never felt it was natural or very healthy to hoist them up. I mean men don't hoist their boys up.

| DD wears a 36DD. The size DD is hard to find in a 36 as DD wants a seamless, no wire, full coverage cups. DD and I totally agree with one of the above posters, no wire for all the money in the world. DD weighs around 165 and carries her weight very well. However, I think if she would lose at least 10 lbs, she might go back to a D. However, at almost 16 yrs old, I just can't tell her that. We have looked at Kohl's, JCP, Sears, Wal-Mart. When she finds a style she might like the DD starts at 38 or 40. |

|
Yeah, well try being 4'11 and a 38-40 DD. I hate bra shopping too. Forget Victoria's Secret, their DD is like a C on me....does NOT fit. I normally stick to Bali because they seem to fit best. As much as I hate the wire, with these girls I need the wire to hold 'em up. And as much as I love to exercise these days, running is out of the question. LOL And who cares what color your bra is? If nobody is seeing it but you .....nobody will know.

I love the "nursing sow" reference, no insult intended, jus sounds like something from my region of the country. If you classify mine as being in the nursing category, would be more like a mursing tea cup terrier! Sad truth is, even if I WASN'T to lazy to exercise, I would have to wear a bra, as even my fried eggs get sore being banged and bandied about. I hate bra shopping too, even with fried eggs, if I could find a comfortable sport bra, I would wear them. sport bras, even tho they don't have padding , don't have underwire and keep those girls from bouncing about so bad. |

I like stocking up during VS semi-annual clearances because their bra quality really holds up for me. I've learned to stay away from VS bras on eBay though - a lot of the bras are purchased at outlets and the construction just isn't the same. After a decade of trial and error I've learned my lesson about not buying cheap bras or thongs ![]() I'm a dd and completely agree on the wireless construction. They don't hold up to washing as well. Also if you ever order on-line VS will periodically e-mail a $20/any purchase code. I got one yesterday and ordered a new bra |

I too had difficulties finding the right bra - Well, I finally found it..... GAP Shaping T-Shirt Bra After find this bra, I tried on many of their other styles to see if I liked them, but the "shaping" on is the only one that fits me perfectly. They do cost $36, but well worth it. They are sometimes on sale, which is when I will stock up ![]() I will NOT buy any other bra since finding this one We all know that no matter what types of bras we post here, they may not fit someone else the way they fit us.....all boobs are different and the bra that I love may be the bra that someone else hates......LOL

Unless I was wearing a bathing suit with a really good support I would not even consider going out in public without a super duper heavy duty push up bra or these puppies would be wiping the floor everywhere I go. I love the bras I get at Fashion Bug they have really good support and a pillow underneath. I love the lift. Susie it's a matter of not just looking good but a matter of health. God may have intended them to hang when we lived only 20 years but now we live 100 and that is not good for your veins or your circulation. And come on it looks really really bad. In most cases I have seen anyway. I guess you could be one of the exceptions. lol

I was fitted at Nordsrtom's once. . .and it's where I find most of my bra's. I used to always buy a certain Lunaire one, but they don't make it anymore. I have one of the "Oprah" bras and it is by far my favorite! It's expensive though, but definitely worth the money at my size. I had a friend tip me off to some of the Walmart bras. I found two that I like. . .not as good as the Oprah bra, but not bad for $16.

I doubt wearing a bra is the cause of us living 100 years. I'm not 100% positive that bras aren't the cause of so much breast cancer. Bounding them up tightly and not letting the lymph glands drain. I will keep my girls free.

I absolutely have to agree.......after kids=hard to find comfortable bra! I either come out the top, fall out the bottom, or I have trouble with the bands stretching....I'm not large either, just a 34-36C, Depending on make or style. I have been fitted numerous times, I have bras ranging from 125 dollars to 15 dollars, and for the last 4 years have yet to find one that I can stand to wear. Nursing 6 kids doesn't do nice things to your breasts, but I will say that my nursing bras were actually a lot more comfortable. My oldest DD at 14 is having a horrible time finding bras that fit. at 100 lbs, and at 5'1 she is wearing a 32 D, or 32DD depending on make and style. These are nearly impossible to find. I keep telling her if they get any bigger, I'm going to take an ace bandage and make 'em as flat as can be!!!!! |

FAN-FREAKIN'-TASTIC!!!! I found three bras, oh yeah, that's right, 3 different colors and styles that fit a just awesome! I bought 9 bras, 3 of each. When I put one on this morning, I felt awesome!
