Kentucky Grilled Chicken

Have any of you tried the new Kentucky Grilled Chicken? If so, please give me your review. I'm glad that they have a new healthy option. I saw a coupon for a 2 piece meal with biscuit for $2.99. I wish they would replace the biscuit with some steamed veggies.

My mom and dad eat KFC quite often. Mom loved the grilled chicken. That's saying a lot for my mom as she's in her mid 70's and anything grilled is usually not on her menu.

If you want to try it, on April 27 they are giving away one free piece per person. I'll probably go that day to check it out, but it won't replace my original recipe.

unfortunatly I seem to always get the worst chicken at KFC, I go to only Bojangles or Churchs anymore. in NJ it was "mushy" original and in Arkansas it was pretty much a salt lick

My son got their grilled drumsticks. Dont do that - get a better piece of bird - this one was about 3 bites! Scrawny!

I heard it through the grapevine, but if you add lots of butter and honey to the biscuits, that is a more healthy option than the veggies. Trust me, I read it on the internet!!!

I just looked up the nutritional value of the grilled breast. It has 180 calories and 4 grams of fat. For those of you on weight watchers it is 4 points.

I'm confused. You're saying that a biscuit with lots of butter and honey is better for you than the steamed veggies?

I was just going to check to see what the nutritional stuff was. Thanks. I haven't eaten at a KFC in YEARS because I hate fried chicken. I might have to try this. The BBQ sandwich isn't too bad but I am a grilled chicken girl

Maybe she means they're healthier than KFC's veggies

I had some yesterday and thought it was really moist and good. I wondered how much sodium was in it because it seem a little salty and it still has the skin on so I did take it off before I ate it.

I took it as a facetious statement. Just like if you eat a doughnut with a diet pop it has no calories.
