I know Nancy will be totally horrified that I posted this thread. She has been so kind to me and my family and has passed her kindness down to her fabulous daughter Jill. Jill does not know me in any capacity except from her mom on the boards, and that we share being BoSox fans! . A few weeks ago, a package showed up on my door-from Nancy's daughter!!! It was a bottle of Tim Wakefield wine-a bottle that is no longer being sold. And today I received a beautiful card and loads of coupons from Ms. Nancy herself! Wow, how did I get so lucky to be a part of their generous family???? What a blessing...

I'll second that. Nancy had my name in an exchange a while ago and went WELL above and beyond with her kindness.
Wouldn't it be great to live next door to her?

Nancy has never sent me anything.

But I agree - she's great! I miss her great rep comments. I'm glad she's being recognized for being an "above and beyond" MC'er. She is!!!!
