The exboss at my job is gone because she got so many complaints that they decided to video tape her. Here are just a few things that she was doing.
1.pulled down her pants to show off her underwear
2.had the employees pick her up and give her rides while they were on the timeclock
3. do her work
4. disappear for hours (atleast 4 hours a night with the security guard)
5. told the employees to get the f*** out of her way
And the infraction that was caught on tape
She poisoned one of the girls at work by putting Purel hand sanitizer in her drink.
and you thought your boss was bad

That is bad. Why do the idiots make it to top or at least to middle management? It astounds me! What kind of business are you in?

The political system is broke and it's a joke.

We have a bad one also..I'm not sure how they get there..She has done the "slit your throat" gesture to a staff member in a patient care area; lies readily in writing and verbally; demeans staff in patient care areas and staff meetings; a survey was done by the "counselor" of our unit and amongst many things indicated 60% of the staff are contemplating leaving and 70% state the reason is our unit management; I could go on and on..SO what happens?- we get counseling "retreat sessions"..I do not need counseling on how to work with someone who rules, through intimidation, bullying etc..It's the "victim" who is perceived as having the problem..She's an embarrassment to the nursing profession..It's so bad that staff even had a priest annoint her office door with oils and holy water to rid it of evil spirits..Bet that doesn't happen too often in business
