Yes I have had mine adjusted. Of course, I stopped smoking, lost weight, started exercising and eating better--and my BP went down.
It may be something that the Dr. will want to monitor before making an adjustment or switch. If this is the first time you're blood pressure has gone up, and depending on how "up" we're talking--he may opt to not do anything but watch it for a few weeks. Blood pressure can flucuate for a variety of reasons. It may not be anything to be concerned about.
