I believe you mentioned you had never had a flood before until a contractor started building homes across from you. Have you spoken with the contractor about the flooding? Were you the only ones flooded? Perhaps you need to speak to an attorney. I agree with dannic, the mold problem could be huge and can affect your family's health. Perhaps call a company that specializes in reducing moisture. Better to do it right, than halfway. That's why I'd be talking to an attorney if you think the building of those homes caused the flooding. |
