I am sorry that you had to deal with the garbage posted by CrazyLady. Those ugly personal attacks made by one personality must not be acknowledged by the other one...so apparently she forgets what she posts.

I did see that she commented about having drinks with a friend and telling her about what other people are posting here ( I imagine there was no reference to her own posting habits). I am wondering if mixing alcohol with the meds that she talked about taking is part of the problem.

I don't know what CL's intent of that post was, or why it was deleted. My point on this post is that she denied having posted it, asking me if I was nuts. This coming from a poster who claims that when they are wrong, they apologize. I didn't see any of that.

Anyway, I'm sure it really matters to no one but me. I just don't want people thinking I invent things......even if it is just the internet.

Deddlastt I have a question for you, yesterday in Allinaugust's post you went way back more then 3 months ago and found a old coupon request from the coupon swap board and brought it up in your response to Allinaugusts thread. Now why you choose that post from the over 5.000 posts I have I do not know. However today as usual I visit the coupon/swap board as I generally do each day several times to see if there are any new coupons avaiable and what do I see , that post about me begging for the cracklin oat bran coupons for my son Tommy which was dated 3-4-09. Now of course not only is this post bumped up after 3 1/2 months long time to get a answer to a request for some coupons, but to my surprise its a totally new member who wants to help me after 3 1/2 months. New poster name is Coupondreamer and they reply I will send ya some, what is your adress also they tell me god bless. Funny how you brought this post up jsut yesterday and then today it gets bumped up by a new person. First off the cracklin oat bran cereal qpons are ned which are very old and very hard to come by all of sudden this person has these for me after 3 years. Being someone new how did they know I wanted these from 3 1/2 months ago can you kindly explain this to me thanks so much. P/s I reported that bump to the mods as a spammer. Peace. Catherine

Ugghhh. First, I asked you why your son could spend money he "earns" on body decoration, and yet can't support himself? I can't see a 20 year old not being able to feed/support himself and yet having money for something not vital. You didn't answer. Nor did you have to, I believe my point is clear. Someone else (not the coupondreamer) bumped it up, but later deleted their post. I chose THAT post in light of your exclaiming over and over how proud you were of your son's choice of spending his money. Personally, I found it too far off-base and absolutely ridiculous to then see a post begging (and you used the word begging) for coupons for a 20 year old. Honestly, I did not notice the date you originally posted. Believe it or not, but since this is a self cleansing, I am what I am thread, I do not tell tales.

I can't explain or make any sense of why a new poster would post what they did. If you are trying to suggest indiscreetly that I am coupondreamer (which is what I am getting from reading this) I will tell you I am not. I don't play games like that, I don't hide behind different identities. Remember, people have the right to join here, and as you found out previously, many have a birthday in November - they aren't all the same person. At the risk of being a troublemaker again, I think you have let yourself dwell on this too long and too in-depth and once again it's all about you with another conspiracy of people posting to get to you.

I think too, you should have pm me this, however, since you chose to post publicly, I will reply publicly. At least in this instance it certainly is not on your part to show that I am your friend.

I have replied coherently, as best I can to yours above and what I read as an accusastion. I am not coupondreamer. Now I asked you or anyone else here how could a new member who just signed yesterday know to go to 3 1/2 months for just this particular post, the same one you brought up and quoted for all to see that I was begging for cereal for my Son Tommy who at 20 yes does still live at home and yes I do the shopping and yes I use coupons so what is the problem with that. ILUVLUCY420 - neither coupondreamer nor deddlastt bumped the thread. Another member did. The member then deleted their post...therefore your post bumped and their reply was not visible to you or other members. In fact, there are several members that posted in that thread and have since deleted their replies. If you don't want the thread on the CRS any longer -- delete it. You are the OP and YOU have the power to remove the thread.

I don't think you (collective meaning the members in general) are aware that we (moderators / administrators) still can view your posts AFTER you have deleted them. They are still displayed and show as deleted by the member with the time / date they deleted their post.

It is possible.I have replied to months old coupon post requests before.If I was trying to sell some coupons,I'd do a search for that coupon and find who was looking for it,and a few times I replied without looking at the date the post was made and was embarassed later.
I would be leary of trading with someone with only 4 posts though.

ILL, Over on the Auction board I had a post that was Bumped from way back In March... So yes post can be pulled up to the top by a member replying to MONTH(S) old post here, want to see it. So it's NOT impossible for a post to be bumped after months and months after it's posted.

Unless Chelmo's job is suddenly a paying one, and we're the ones paying, why would she be put on the hot seat for helping to confirm deddlastt's explanation? As I see it, Chelmo just went "above and beyond" in this instance. Does that mean she's held to a new standard (as a volunteer) by all non-paying mycouponers?

I, for one, appreciate an occassional random act of kindness. Isn't this really all it was??

It's been a while since the mods started being placed under attack again - they've mostly been pushed almost to extinction. I don't want to lose the few we have, when they try to help on any level.

I personally think the board have taken such a nose-dive lately, and any mod willing to still navigate these threads has my blessing!

I totally agree with you. I've been catching up reading this stuff and can't believe how petty, rude, middle-schoolish some people are acting on here. It's like a mob mentality. They seem to think it's cute but they're really showing their immaturity. That or the hormones are raging!

Threatening to kill other posters is not funny and a normal person doesn't say things like that on a coupons board. A person that says they want to find everyone on this board and hunt them down and kill them is SICK.
