CRS REGULATIONS: Please Read BEFORE Posting
MyCoupons.com provides this board as a place to post trades of coupons and refunds. Trades and trading are your personal responsibility. Please negotiate your trades via email, not on this board.

Regulations Of The crs board are applicable to ALL forums
1. We will not tolerate defamation.
2. We will not tolerate vulgarity.
3. We will not tolerate destructive behavior meant to damage members, moderators, and/or MyCoupons.com.
4. No advertising.

The Coupon/Rebate Swap Board (CRS) has some specific regulations in addition to the ROP. These must be followed in order to have a successful, free-flowing trade board.

Please review these before posting.

If your post is deleted, it will be because of one or more violations of these regulations. Please check here to correct your posting. The only way a successful trade board can work is with cooperation from everyone. Thank you for doing your part!

** This is a TRADE BOARD only! Conversation regarding Coupons/Refunds is welcomed at the "Tips of the Trade" board.

** This is a TRADE BOARD only! No sweepstakes, raffles, drawings, or the like. Only trades please!

** To be fair in trading, we are asking everyone to move RAOK posts to the "Tips of the Trade" (TOT) board. Some of these create a lot of bumping, and it is not fair to traders who don't need their posts moved down with this continuous bumping.


** We will accept no trade posts on CRS or TOT from a member who is listed on Garnette Blanton's Bad Trader List.
If you are listed as a bad trader on Garnette Blanton's Bad Trader List - do not post trades here. Your post(s) will be deleted and you will not be notified. If you persist in posting, your membership will be banned from MyCoupons membership!

ITEMS FOR TRADE

This is a couponing/refunding trade board. It is for trading coupons, refund qualifiers and refund forms. This includes free product certificates, or gift certificates. NO OTHER ITEMS are to be traded at this board.


**LISTING RULE:

We limit the number of items listed in your post to 40. This is the total number in your list - including both haves (H) and want (W). Any lists over 40 items will be edited and/or deleted. This regulation is purely because we have many, many people posting - and have to save time and space for all. For those with longer lists, please just ask others to email you for your longer list.

** There is a limit of 12 posts within ANY 24 hour period by any member. This includes both new posts and bumps totaled together.

~~~Example #1: You post 7 posts today~then you bump 5 of these posts within 24 hours. You have a total of 12 posts that have been at the top of the board within the last 24 hours.

~~~Example #2: You post 12 times today. You MUST wait 24 hours before bumping your original posts.

Bottom line is you may not have more than 12 posts at the top of the board within any 24 hour period!


** BUMPING RULE:

You may bump your post to the top of the board ONLY after 10 hours or more have passed since that post was brought to the top BY ANYONE! Any posts bumped earlier will be automatically deleted by the moderators, with no notification.

^^Example: You post your original trade at 7:00 AM (board time). Someone replies "I emailed you" at 10:00 AM (3 hours after you posted). You may not bump your post until 8:00 PM, or 10 hours after the last time the post was at the top of the boards. If no one has replied to your post that you posted at 7:00 AM, you may of course bump the post in 10 hours, which would be 5:00 PM.

** If you need to update your post, add an item or whatever, use the "edit" feature to do soyour editing will not bump your post, make sure your editing does not exceed the 40 limit on your post . Posting a reply will bump your post to the top. If this is done before the 10 hour limitation, your post will be deleted.

**I thought I would point out to you that a "bump" is not necessarily just the word "bump" or a smiley! You may take advantage of your bump post by adding more items in your bump that you may have or want (not to exceed 40 in the bump either, the same as in your OP.) By using this method, more of your (H) Haves & (W) Want items may be viewed in one click.


** After 4 Bumps to a thread (by the OP member) --- please begin a new thread instead of bumping the same one. Long threads are difficult for some on slower ISP's to load. Any further bumps by the OP to the thread, will cause the thread to be closed without notice by the MCLeader.

**"No post can be duplicated in less than 10 hours. If you post a duplicate post in less than 10 hours, your latest posting will be deleted."




TRADING:

** You may trade coupons, refunding forms and qualifiers on these boards. You may not trade receipts--AKA --unmentionable--AKA --DCRT ---or any other "term" for a receipt.. It is considered fraud to refund a product that you did not purchase. This includes "Complete Deals". Some boards do allow this practice; we do not! if you post a want or sale of a complete deal it must state " no crt required " or it will be a rule violation!

* * Please be aware there is now downloadable files being sold/traded, plus the resulting multiple scanned coupons.
Attempts to trade both these downloadable files, and the resulting scanned coupons are presently seen around the Internet at this time.
This practice is not legal couponing and trades for these will not be accepted at MyCoupons.com
We will delete any posts put on these boards in an attempt to trade the downloadable files. However, we cannot delete posts of coupons someone may have up for trade just because they 'might' be the scanned coupons. We cannot judge if the trade is scanned coupons or the real coupons. You, the trader, must do that.

** This board is NOT for the purpose of listing URLs to eBoards or homepages or just listing your email address.
A good trade board lists trades only. If you have a trade, and wish to post the link to your eBoard or homepage that lists more of your trading stock, this is fine. (However, a trade must contain individual items for trade, not merely say "see my eBoard - everything is .01 each - or email me for trade information.) Please help keep this board a trade board - not a message board.


** There is never to be any posting about and/or toward another trader. Keep your opinions off this board, and between yourselves only.

* There is to be no posting of pornographic materials, sites, links etc.
