I was able to get more of the new Quaker $5.00 forms for trade. Forms are .30 each + postage and I only accept pp non-cc. Details are as follows: Original crts must be dated between 1/1/09 and 2/28/09. Purchase five (5) participating Quaker products, send original crt and (5) upc's from full size Quaker products for your $5.00 toward your next Quaker purchase. Limit one per address. Requests to clubs or PO Boxes are prohibited. Good in all states.

My guess is that you will receive a coupon for $5.00 of any Quaker products like we have in the past.
