First of all, Bush is using a straw man argument again. He starts off with his infamous "some say we should..." McCain has advocated speaking to Hamas in the past. Gates advocated the exact same thing only last week. Neither McCain, Gates or Obama have advocated any sort of appeasement. I think that there are huge differences in foreign policy between Obama and McCain. McCain sounds exactly like Bush. I have McCain outlined his plan for Iraq in a recent speech. His three point plan seems to be: 1. Get elected president. 2. ?????? Victory! 3. Peace and democracy! Yay! |
