I have 2 bad experiences with this trader

Reported to Garnette in May and Emily had another report against her at that time.
I ordered 10 FREE Electrasol coupons from Emily Pateman emilysenterprises@yahoo.com , cluttered5@yahoo.com April 9 2007.
Emily sent me 5 that had the exp dates completely cut off. She agreed to resend them , but never did. And did not send a refund for them either.
I wrote her 4 times asking for my refund, since the coupons had now expired. No reply.
Then I reported to Garnette.Garnette sent her an email with the subject:
"Regarding; Failure To Send Your Part Of TWO Trades" etc.....

In June she posted some Powerade coupons for trade, so I wrote reminding her she still owed me $5 and that I would take some of those coupons instead.
She wrote back:
"Oh gosh, I didn't realize I hadn't already sent those. Yeah, I can send you some of these instead. Which were you interested in? Again, I am so sorry about that. "

She never sent the coupons or contacted me about them again

Emily posted that she wanted organic coupons. I had lots of good Non-SS ones, and decided to try her once more with her the receiver, instead of the sender.
She wrote back with a pretty big confirmed order.
I clipped the coupons & got them ready in just a few minutes.
Then I sent her a PayPal request.
Never got payment, so I wrote her, asking when she was going to pay.
She emailed back 2 days later and told me to just cancel the order.


Just bad business all around

So sorry, Kat, about your experience with this trader and thanks for posting so we can all be aware of her. To bad the mods don't have away of marking her username so when she shows up on the boards, everyone can see she has bad marks against her.

I don't know her user name, she keeps using different info.
She is now on Garnette's bad trader list. Got an email from Garnette a few days ago.
But have dug up a bunch of info by researching the Internet

She signs Emily P. sometimes.

Just a thought here, but, do you think all this personal information should be posted here like this??? You've got her phone number, names of family members. I understand you are claiming to have had a bad trade with her,but, I don't think anyone's personal info. in such detail, should be posted like this.

Is this person on Garnette's list?

I ask because today I logged into RC and she is posting there --not about trades though--that's a separate group and I haven't seen her name/email name come through.

She signs herself now at RC as: EmilyP, OH

I ask about Garnette because RC has a policy if you are on her list then you have revoked membership ($$ every month/semi/yearly) at RC.


I am thinking that she isn't on the bad trader list because she is over there.
